1.2.7. AAA RADIUS
The AAA concept refers to Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting, which are three fundamental principles used in Network Access Control (NAC).
Authentication: The process of verifying the identity of a user, device, or system that attempts to access a network resource.
Authorization: The process of determining whether a user, device, or system has the necessary permissions to access a specific resource on the network.
Accounting: The process of tracking and recording the usage of network resources by users, devices, or systems, which helps in billing and auditing purposes.
