3.1.10.1.4. Queues

In the Queues tab, you can manage the ON Core queues. There are common asynchronous tasks that need to be carried out by OpenNAC Enterprise. For instance, plugins execution. These queues publish these tasks, the workers register themselves in a queue and carry out the tasks. Queues runs on the ON Core along with OpenNAC Enterprise workers.

By default, forty queues are created.

In case is required to have many plugins configured and deployed in multiples policies together with the ON Core receiving big amount of DHCP IP Helper data, it might need additional workers. By going to Status -> Trending you can see the workers usage and its queues.

Remember that any performance issue with the OpenNAC Enterprise Administration Portal can be investigated at Status > Trending. All components and subcomponents are being monitored and tracked for up to 1 Year.
