3.1.10.1.3. Backup

In this tab, OpenNAC Enterprise users can define parameters related to the system backups. It applies to agent logs (XML file) and NetBackup configuration.

The parameters that can be configured are:

Retention Time: Number assigned to time units selected in Retention Unit. Specify the time to do the retention of backups file.

Retention Time Unit: Units (Hour, Day, Month, etc.) assigned to the number that refers to retention time.

Number of backups maintained: Number of maximum backups file retention.

Save the logs of the last ‘x’ executions of each scheduler (NetConf/NetBackup): Number of maximum execution logs maintained from NetConf or NetBackup.

Also, we can configure e-mail notifications for detections of a new network backup that differs from the previous backup configuration.

We can define the email sender, receiver, tittle and configure the mail template with an XML file.
