3.1.13. Tech Support

The last element of the left menu on the OpenNAC Enterprise Web Administration Portal is the Tech Support. Click on it to see the “File assistant” dropdown.

The File assistant is a tool that allows us to make backup copies of the files that are on the machine to analyze them later. This makes it easier to find the problems reported, by giving clues on the troubleshooting flux.
