4.4.2.5. Operation
In this section, we will see the operation of Network Device Compliance. The purpose of this section is to analyze the information obtained through the compliance tests.
4.4.2.5.1. Information analysis
Once the previous process has been successfully executed, it will be possible to analyze the TAGS and the Compliance level of the network device in the CMDB.
In ON CMDB -> Network Devices we will see the degree of compliance of our network devices based on the groups of defined rules.

The compliance percentage can be viewed in the Compliance status column. In the Details column we can see the complete record of backups executed to the network device.
Displaying our network device with the [+] on the right, we will see the new compliance TAGs sorted by category:

Test groups passed: Set of tests whose result has been successful.
Test groups failed: At least one test included in the group has not been executed successfully.
Test passed: Set of rules that have been executed successfully. Each test can contain more than one rule.
Test failed: Set of rules that have been executed without success. At least one rule included in the test has not been successful.
Rules passed: Each rule listed in this box corresponds to an existing configuration in the device whose execution is successful.
Rules failed: Each rule listed in this box corresponds to a configuration that does not exist on the device whose execution has failed.
Each compliance TAG is normalized with a 3-character prefix and a descriptive name. Next, the prefixes of the compliance tags:
CGP: Compliance Group Passed
CGF: Compliance Group Failed
CTP: Compliance Test Passed
CTF: Compliance Test Failed
CRP: Compliance Rule Passed
CRF: Compliance Rule Failed
You can also view Analytics events related to the compliance of our network in JSON format.
For this, there is a shortcut next to the percentage of compliance.

When opening it, the following information will appear. Here we can see the results of the compliance tests: the first graph indicates the number of rules, tests and group tests that have been executed on that device at a certain time. Then we can see information regarding the network device and later the compliance information.

In this section, we can see the TAGs that have been assigned to the device depending on whether or not it has successfully passed the different tests that have been carried out against it.
